"I had the same agent for 35 years. He retired and Kelli took over his agency. She is incredible. We had a claim that was dropped and she took over and when she did things got done! She is very responsive. Kelli even gave me her personal phone number that I could call if needed. She follows up to make sure that things are getting done at the corporate level. She is very customer oriented, and I knew she cared about the damage done to my property. If you need an agent who does what she says she will do then contact Kelli. I rarely ever write reviews. I can also highly recommend Sydney Sorenson. She answers questions on the first call. Both Kelli and Sydney have been nothing but congenial, professional, and responsive."
