"Highly recommend, always there when you need her (unfortunately we have had times we needed her!). She always picks up the phone when you call and to me is the number one thing I look for. Those calls are never fun but even worse when your waiting on a non-responsive agent. Recently saved me hundreds on car insurance with better coverage. "Kelli and her team are fantastic! I switched from another State Farm agency because I needed a more experienced agent. I found her through a friend referral. Totally worth it! She is knowledgeable, prompt with everything, advises on ways to save (literally saved me money right away from the previous agent), and generally just cares for her customers. Her agency is over 50 miles from me and I’d do it all over again. I’ve been working with her for about 3 months now. She made everything better and saved me money. I use her for home, auto, ranch, etc. She has answered a ton of back and forth questions and gotten other experts involved. I’ve learned so much. Highly recommend!"
